Rakova called the pace of vaccination in Moscow “inadequate” to the growth of infections

The pace of vaccination does not correspond to the situation with the increase in the incidence of CORONAVIRUS, said Deputy Mayor of Moscow Anastasia Rakova in an interview with the Rossiya 24 TV channel.

“The pace of vaccination, in my opinion, is inadequate to the current situation with the development of the disease. I would like Muscovites to be vaccinated more actively, ”she explained.

According to her, Muscovites are more actively signing up for revaccination - in general, over the past week, there are twice as many people who want to get an additional vaccination per day than those who want to sign up for the first one.

Almost 75,000 covid-19 infections detected in RUSSIA for the first time Society

6 million people were vaccinated with the first component in Moscow, Rakova noted. According to the federal operational headquarters, as of January 21, more than 6.9 million people in Moscow were vaccinated with the first component (including revaccination), and more than 6.5 million people completed the full course of vaccination.
