“As you can see from the information that comes to me, unfortunately, there is something that we need to think about and what needs to be corrected. Namely, the volume of testing has recently decreased in some regions, as well as the rate of vaccination,” the HEAD of state said.

At the same time, the president agreed that the proposal of the chief sanitary DOCTOR Anna Popova to increase the May holidays was justified. “We continue to reduce the incidence. The number of cases is decreasing, the number of those who have recovered is increasing,” Putin said.

“The citizens of RUSSIA are resting, and this is very good. But this is not a reason for managerial and regional teams to relax,” the president stressed. He also called for directing laboratories, mobile and mobile testing and vaccination stations exactly where people are. “Today, these are largely horticultural associations, these are holiday villages and so on. You just need to do it, and do it as soon as possible, especially if colleagues see that these rates of vaccination and testing are declining, and there are such regions, as Tatyana Alekseevna said," the head of state said.
