At a New Year's Eve meeting with members of the government, Russian President Vladimir Putin set the task for the Cabinet of Ministers to begin the transition from anti-crisis measures to support the economy to systemic measures, TASS reports.

According to him, in general, it is important "to move from emergency anti-crisis support measures to systemic actions to stimulate employment, business activity, to attract investment and technology to the Russian economy."

“We must use all growth factors at full capacity, and this is the frontal development of infrastructure, digitalization and technological renewal of economic sectors,” the president said.
