Putin instructed to double payments to doctors for the fight against COVID-19 on holidays

Doctors who will help patients with coronavirus during the New Year holidays will receive double payments. Such an instruction was given by President Vladimir Putin at a meeting with the government , according to the Kremlin website.

The President recalled that this year, doctors who worked with COVID patients on holidays received a double bonus.

“I would ask the government to do the same on New Year’s holidays in 2022,” Putin said.

According to Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, more than 8 billion rubles will be allocated for these purposes.
