
The bill “On Amendments to the Federal Law “On the Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare of the Population” should be finalized, drawing attention to the need for full observance of the rights of Russians. The corresponding order was given by Russian President Vladimir Putin , according to the Kremlin website.
In addition, the president instructed to take into account "all possible life situations" that may arise in the implementation of the federal law. Putin also pointed out that it is not necessary to ensure that different categories of Russians can receive documents on vaccination against covid-19 , on an illness they have had, or on the availability of a medical exemption from vaccination against CORONAVIRUS.
The HEAD of government Mikhail Mishustina, the head of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko, and the speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin became responsible. They will be required to submit a report by January 30th.
The bill involves the introduction of mandatory COVID-certificates for visiting public places.
