Chief Freelance Psychiatrist of the Moscow Health Department and Chief Physician of Psychiatric Hospital No. ON. Alekseev (formerly named after Kashchenko), Georgy Kostyuk, in an interview with RBC, spoke about scammers who claim to help get rid of chips allegedly implanted in people during vaccination against coronavirus.
According to Kostyuk, there are “entrepreneurial people” who claim to have developed a “dechipizer,” a small disposable device that must be applied to the injection site. Thanks to this device, according to their assurances, "for a very small fee, you can destroy all the" chips ".
“The conspiracy idea seemed real to someone that Bill Gates developed the chips [and implants them in people along with the vaccine]. Beyond that, it's a matter of technique. Who knows what 5G is? What if this is something that is really capable of [infecting with a coronavirus]? Kostyuk said. According to the psychiatrist, “viruses can also be digital”: “It’s easy to convince yourself of this if you initially took a position about the creation of a digital Gulag and other similar theories.”

Kostyuk noted that the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus epidemic in Russia began in March 2020, and the first Sputnik V vaccine against COVID-19 was registered in August of the same year. “And a lot of people say, ‘How is this possible? We are not an advanced country in biotechnology. It's impossible. This is a hoax,” said the psychiatrist.
