
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has abolished value added tax (VAT) and excise tax on gasoline and diesel fuel. This was announced by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in another video message published on the official Telegram channel.
“The Cabinet of Ministers approved an important decision - the abolition of VAT and excise duty on gasoline and diesel. This is not only in the context of the sowing campaign, but also based on the population, so that there is no shortage [of fuel] and that prices are stable,” the Ukrainian leader explained.
According to Zelensky, it is now up to the deputies, who "should immediately support this decision with their vote."
