Half of the residents of the Perm Territory do not have enough vacation time

The standard vacation of the majority of the inhabitants of the Kama region is 28 days (only 16% rest more, and 13% less). At the same time, 47% of the respondents admitted that they did not have enough vacation time and would like more, the rest are quite satisfied with what they have. The study was conducted by experts hh.ru.

84% of the residents of the Perm Territory, who have not yet spent all the days of their main vacation, are planning a vacation this year one way or another, and 10% will not take a vacation. By the way, 19% of respondents said that their plans were affected by the recent cessation of flights with Turkey and Tanzania - most often they are lawyers and marketers.

The most popular options for spending time on vacation are traveling around RUSSIA (49% indicated this option), as well as household chores (28%), giving and hiking (24% each). 23% want to go on a trip abroad. And 19% will spend their holidays at home.

“When planning a vacation, 59% of the inhabitants of the Kama region did not encounter any difficulties, the rest had problems in one way or another. Thus, 34% said that they should not go on vacation at the same time as their colleagues, 13% - that they simply had no one to leave work for. 9% of those surveyed were not allowed to go on vacation without a specific reason, and 13% noticed that they were prevented by the covid-19 pandemic . By the way, there are not so many lucky people who never work from vacation in the Perm Territory - only 34%. Another 41% say that they have to work on vacation periodically, 22% do it often, and another 3% do it all the time,” says Anna Osipova, HEAD of the hh.ru Ural press service.
