For several days in a row, the daily number of CORONAVIRUS cases in the Kaliningrad region has been at or close to 400. On the morning of November 1, 400 cases of coronavirus infection were again recorded, 300 patients recovered, and there were no deaths.
Catering checks
The police of the region disclosed data on the results of inspections of compliance with coronavirus restrictions by cafes, canteens, restaurants and bars. The raids took place from 25 to 31 October. During this time, law enforcement officers revealed 45 facts of violations in Kaliningrad, Guryevsk and Pionersky.
Two years without surrender

High-rise building instead of barracks
A shopping complex will appear on the site of the partially demolished former artillery barracks of the Koenigsberg garrison (later warehouses) on Kalinina Street. It will be located on the first floor of a new seven-story building. The residential complex on Kalinina provides for 283 apartments, built-in non-residential premises and underground parking. According to the Rusprofile system, he is the HEAD of 29 organizations and the founder of 46. Most of them specialize in construction, management and rental of real estate, as well as contracting activities.

Housing prices in the Kaliningrad region in the third quarter suspended their growth. Such a conclusion can be drawn on the basis of Kaliningradstat statistics data on changes in apartment price indices. On the other hand, judging by another report from the same Kaliningradstat - on the average prices for apartments in the primary and secondary market - a square meter is still getting more expensive.
