The authorities of St. Petersburg recommend that citizens check their status on vaccination against covid-19 in the updated application of the public services portal. The press service of Smolny recalled that citizens who have been fully vaccinated, or have been ill with COVID-19, or have received a negative PCR test result, can receive a QR code on the government services portal, which is required to visit catering establishments and public events in a number of regions.

“Dear residents of St. Petersburg, I suggest everyone to go to my mobile application of the public services portal, find this QR code, clarify all the information that is contained there, so that if the need arises, you will not find yourself in an uncomfortable situation,” said Vice Governor of St. Petersburg Stanislav Kazarin.

The Vice Governor clarified that since July 1, the federal application of the public services portal has been updated and now citizens with a verified public services user account have the opportunity to see their status on vaccination and immunization against CORONAVIRUS on the portal.

To date, the QR code system has been introduced in Moscow, the Moscow region, the Yamalo-Nenets administrative district and Yakutia. In a number of other Russian regions, there are restrictions for citizens without a certificate and vaccination.
