Peskov called the strengthening of the ruble a reason for special attention

The depreciation of the dollar is an occasion for special attention of the government and a sign of the strengthening of the ruble, said the press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov, RBC correspondent reports.

“The topic of a strong ruble constantly appears at meetings on economic issues. This is certainly a reason for special attention, this process of strengthening the ruble. The government is doing this, macroeconomic stability is being ensured,” the Kremlin spokesman said.
