The Industrial District COURT left without consideration the application of a Permian to provide a QR code based on the presence of antibodies. The application was filed in a special procedure.

“The court found that by applying to the court with a statement to establish the fact of a disease with a new CORONAVIRUS infection ( covid-19 ), the applicant actually raises the question of excluding him from the number of persons subject to restrictions provided for and implemented in connection with the threat of the spread of a new coronavirus infection ”, – reported the press service of the Industrial District Court.

The Permian also asked to recognize the right similar to the residents of the region who have undergone anti-epidemic (preventive) measures necessary to be carried out during the period of restrictive measures. In addition, he asked to recognize the right to in-depth medical examination. These requests are to be considered as part of a dispute of right. Accordingly, the application must be filed in the order of action proceedings by filing a statement of claim, and not in the order of special proceedings, RBC Perm explained in court.
