Pamfilova announced "surprises" for provocateurs in the elections to the State Duma

The HEAD of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Ella Pamfilova, warned of "surprises" for those who are preparing provocations in the elections to the State Duma. Her words are quoted in the TELEGRAM of the Russian CEC.

“We have prepared a surprise for provocateurs who are ready to test the strength of the system,” Pamfilova said, assuring that the mechanism developed by experts for the elections “will prevent all sorts of provocations.” They, as Pamfilova emphasized, - in the CEC "know for sure - they are preparing." What exactly are these provocations, the head of the Central Election Commission did not specify.

She made such a statement, according to the CEC, after Oleg Kachanov, deputy head of the Ministry of Digital Development, said that RUSSIA is currently working on a new service to prevent double voting. Thanks to this platform, CEC members, according to Kachanov, will be able to instantly receive information about those who are already included in the list of participants in remote electronic voting and received a ballot at another polling station.

When the work on the preparation of such a service will be completed and whether they will have time to finish by the elections, the CEC report does not specify.
