From September 10, only those who have been vaccinated against covid-19 will be able to fly between settlements in Pakistan . This was reported by the Pakistani TV channel Geo, citing the decision of the National Command and Operations Center of Pakistan to Combat the Spread of CORONAVIRUS (NCOC).
The National Command and Operations Center on Wednesday required people to complete a full course of pre-flight vaccinations starting September 10. According to the channel, the decision was made to increase the number of vaccinations due to the fourth wave of COVID-19.
The government has already restricted the ability to travel by air for unvaccinated passengers - from August 1, a certificate of receipt of at least one dose of vaccination is required for a flight. However, from September 10, only those who have completed the vaccination course will be able to fly on airplanes. Earlier, on August 9, NCOC imposed a similar rail travel ban effective October 1.
