Ozon establishes new bank after US sanctions

On March 11, the Central Bank of RUSSIA registered a new credit institution called Ekom Bank with an authorized capital of ₽3.6 billion, according to the regulator's website.

From the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, it follows that the new bank belongs to the Internet Logistics LLC company, the ultimate beneficiary of which is Ozon Holdings, Interfax reports. Andrey Lichmanov is named Chairman of the Board of Ekom Bank. He is also the CEO of Ozon Bank.
