23 more patients die from COVID-19 in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, 23 patients died from CORONAVIRUS per day, the same number of deaths in the region were detected the day before. In total, 1,683 people have become victims of the infection since the beginning of the pandemic, according to the operational headquarters to combat the spread of the virus.

During the day , covid-19 was confirmed in another 482 people. The day before, on October 2, a new anti-record was set in the region for the daily number of cases - 502 cases of infection were reported. In total, coronavirus was detected in 68,309 people in the republic. The number of recovered per day increased by 248 and amounted to 59,399 people.

Mass vaccination of the population against COVID-19 continues in Bashkiria. Almost 1.3 million people were vaccinated with the first component, 1.19 million residents of the republic were fully vaccinated.

As RBC Ufa reported, on October 1, the HEAD of the region, Radiy Khabirov, approved a gradual tightening of restrictive measures in Bashkiria. A number of institutions can be visited only upon presentation of a certificate of vaccination, a certificate of illness over the past six months, or a negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus.

From October 4, the new rules will work in state and municipal cultural institutions. From October 12, they will apply to private museums, exhibitions and concert halls, libraries, cinemas, cultural centers, shopping centers, as well as intercity bus transportation and trips on the Orlan commuter train.
