Another 39% of respondents periodically think about moving (in 2020 there were 49% of such people). 20% definitely do not want to move anywhere (in 2020 - 16%). The rest hesitated to answer.
it is curious that, in general, applicants over 55 years old are more inclined to move (36%), and the least of these are among 45-54-year-old respondents (28%). At the same time, those who are definitely not ready to relocate to another region are more common among applicants aged 18-24 (26%). Most often, lawyers (39%), recruiters (36%), and marketers (34%) dream of leaving their region.
Speaking about their desire to leave for another region, 53% of the inhabitants of the Kama region say that they consider this as an interesting experience and new opportunities. The remaining 47% admitted that they are not satisfied with many things in the current region, and they want a better life.
The top 10 regions for relocation, according to residents of the Perm Territory, is headed by the Krasnodar Territory: it was chosen by 20% of applicants. Saint-Petersburg (12%) took the second place, the Leningrad Region (10%) took the third place. This is followed by Moscow (7%), the Moscow Region (7%), the Sverdlovsk Region (5%), the Kaliningrad Region (2%), the Republic of Crimea (2%), the Primorsky Territory (2%) and the Republic of Karelia (2%).
In the selected regions, residents of the Kama region are attracted by higher salaries (54%), a comfortable urban environment (44%), as well as comfortable climatic conditions and good ecology (34%). Lawyers (57%) and production workers (56%) most often agree to move for the sake of a salary, and marketers (58%) agree to move for the sake of the urban environment. Climate is most important for administrative staff (53%).
In turn, applicants are most often pushed to desire or at least to think about moving from the Kama region somewhere by the insufficient number of companies in which they would like to work (56%) and low salaries in the region (51%).

Other reasons include the inability to work in the profession (20%), the lack of prospects for family members (20%), the fact that all friends and relatives have either already left for other regions or are about to do so (15%) and poor HEALTH care (7%).
Those residents of the region who are not at all interested in relocation most often explain this by the high costs of moving and renting housing (46%), as well as the fear of being an unclaimed specialist (24%) and unwillingness to be far from their relatives (22%). In addition, 12% say that they are not psychologically ready for such a step, and 10% refer to a family that is against the move. Only 7% say that they are satisfied with everything in their current region of residence.
