Operational headquarters extended COVID restrictions in Guryevsk and introduced in two more districts

Due to the high incidence of coronavirus infection, the authorities of the Kaliningrad region have extended the restrictions previously introduced in the Guryev urban district until September 21. In addition, from September 1 to September 21, preventive measures are being introduced in Chernyakhovsky and Polessky urban districts. Decree No. 134 in a new edition is published on the website of the regional government.

On the territory of these districts it is forbidden to hold mass events of any thematic focus; work of public catering enterprises (except for those working in educational organizations or takeaway or in the remote delivery mode). Banquets, weddings, corporate events of more than 80 people in Chernyakhovsky and Polessky urban districts are allowed, provided that all those present are vaccinated or have a PCR test with them, received no earlier than 72 hours before the start of the event.

In addition, until September 21 in the region, restrictions on the occupancy of the halls of theaters and philharmonic societies are extended to no more than 50% of the number of seats in the hall.

In the Kaliningrad region over the past day, 181 cases of confirmed coronavirus have been detected, 150 people have recovered, five have died. This is reported by the regional operational headquarters.
