Rospotrebnadzor will send a delegation to the Egyptian resorts of Sharm el-Sheikh and Hurghada to assess the possibility of resuming flights with these cities. “Following the results of the visit of the Russian delegation, the operational headquarters will decide on the possibility of resuming air traffic with Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh,” the statement said. The decision was made to ensure the HEALTH of Russian tourists, the headquarters noted.
The agency's experts will assess the epidemiological situation, preventive measures in hotels, as well as the "capacities" of laboratories and medical institutions.
