In the Omsk region, mandatory vaccination against CORONAVIRUS has been announced for certain categories of citizens due to the unfavorable epidemic situation, follows from the decree “On preventive vaccinations for certain groups of citizens according to epidemic indications”, published on the website of the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor.

The categories of citizens who are required to be vaccinated, in particular, include workers in trade, catering, education, healthcare, social protection and social services. Vaccination is also mandatory for employees of hotels, hostels, boarding houses, beauty salons, solariums, baths, fitness clubs, swimming pools, laundries, dry cleaners. In addition, among the workers to be vaccinated are employees of client departments of banks, public service centers, transport, taxi, housing and communal services and energy workers, civil servants. Employees of museums, libraries, theaters, cinemas, concert halls, and children's playrooms should also be vaccinated.

Employers must ensure that at least 60% of employees are vaccinated. They must receive the first component of the vaccine by July 31, and the second by August 26.
