Earlier, RBC Perm reported that a preliminary hearing was held in the Perm regional court on the suit of Perm residents against the HEAD of the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor Vitaly Kostarev. They demand to cancel his decree on mandatory vaccination against coronavirus for employees of enterprises.
The main plaintiff, Yekaterina Efimova, was suspended from work by management due to her refusal to vaccinate. According to a source from RBC Perm, the interests of people in court are represented by lawyer Tamara Demeneva. There are 250 plaintiffs in the case.
