During the Scarlet Sails alumni holiday in St. Petersburg , the authorities will prohibit the work of catering, shops and face-to-face services in the city center. This is stated on the website of the city administration.

“From 04:00 pm on June 25 to 06:00 am on June 26, the activities of public catering establishments, retail facilities, as well as the provision of face-to-face services to citizens in the territory, the boundaries of which are indicated in Appendix 1 to the resolution, are prohibited,” the message says.

Separate sections of streets will be blocked for pedestrians. Only graduates with accompanying tickets will be allowed. The latter, as well as volunteers and volunteers, must have a negative PCR test made no more than three days before the holiday, or a document confirming the presence of antibodies, or a certificate of vaccination.

They will pass through the metal detector, temperature control will also be carried out, graduates and people accompanying them are required to use masks.
