In Ukraine, people were allowed to be vaccinated anonymously

Anonymous vaccination is being introduced in the Transcarpathian region in western Ukraine, local publication Zaxid.net reports. Previously, according to the Ministry of HEALTH of Ukraine, in Ukraine it was possible to be vaccinated only with the indication of the series and number of the passport or taxpayer number.

The initiator of the project is Fedor Shandor, professor of the Uzhgorod National University. According to him, as a result of the study, four thousand fake certificates were revealed in Transcarpathia. “The number of false certificates began to grow rapidly after the introduction of mandatory vaccination against CORONAVIRUS for civil servants, as well as workers in the field of education, medicine, and culture,” Shandor told Zaxid.net.

According to the professor, a new social project was launched so that people who previously received a fake vaccination certificate and now want to be vaccinated can get vaccinated . The target audience of the project is also people who, for religious or family reasons, do not want to disclose information about vaccination.

An anonymous vaccination point was opened in Uzhhorod. He will work around the clock. Those who wish can get vaccinated with any vaccine available in Ukraine: American Moderna, English ASTRAZENECA, German BioNTech and Chinese Sinovac. Before vaccination, Ukrainians who wish to remain anonymous will sign a consent to vaccination under pseudonyms. In order to be able to keep records of vaccinated anonymously, they will receive the second dose of the vaccine under the same pseudonyms as the first.
