The budget of Bashkiria for 2021 included 800 million rubles to support the industrial sector. Another 400 million rubles were allocated to help enterprises additionally. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus.
“Support for industry plays a significant role in the current economic conditions, enterprises in this industry largely provide tax revenues to the republican budget,” said the Minister of Finance of the republic, Lira Igtisamova.
Increased volumes of state support for industry in the region are allocated starting from 2020 due to restrictions amid the CORONAVIRUS pandemic, the department added.
State support funds in 2021 were used to subsidize the costs of the management companies of the industrial parks Ufimsky and Nizhegorodsky, to compensate for part of the costs of light and forestry enterprises for the purchase of equipment and raw materials, to help organize income-generating projects, to subsidize part of the costs of constructing gas car filling stations and for other purposes. As a result, more than 100 light industry enterprises received 145 million rubles, 60 companies in the timber industry sector received 50 million rubles, and 360 million rubles were allocated for the construction of 10 CNG filling stations.
As RBC Ufa reported, in December, the Ministry of Economic Development of Bashkiria announced the fourth package of measures to support business in the context of the crisis caused by the covid-19 pandemic . In the new measures, special attention will be paid to agriculture, support for small businesses in the agro-industrial complex and the development of land reclamation.
