Another 355 people on the Don became infected with COVID-19

In the Rostov region over the past day, the number of confirmed CORONAVIRUS infected has increased by 355 and on the morning of January 10, the cumulative total reached 197,116. Such data are provided by the information policy department of the Don government.

For the entire period, 179,272 people recovered in the region, 602 people per day. 1879 patients receive treatment in hospitals. 30 people are in serious condition on invasive mechanical ventilation, 249 people are on non-invasive mechanical ventilation.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, 9,799 people have become victims of covid-19 , and 16 more deaths have been recorded among patients with coronavirus over the past day.

“To date, 1,963.81 thousand people have been vaccinated against a new coronavirus infection, 540 in a day. 1,917.82 thousand people have completed vaccination (double administration of the vaccine), 352 in a day,” the department said.
