In the first quarter, the operator's revenue grew by 5.5% compared to the same period in 2020 and amounted to 123.9 billion rubles. This is stated in the message received by RBC MTS.
In RUSSIA, the group earned 116 billion rubles, which is 5.6% higher than a year ago. The indicator was affected by the growth in traffic consumption, sales of mobile devices and accessories, as well as the development of the company's ecosystem: fintech, media products, cloud and digital solutions for corporate clients, according to the MTS presentation.

OIBDA increased by 6.7% to RUB 55.4 billion. it continues to be negatively affected by the decrease in the consumption of high-margin international roaming services due to covid, but this was offset by growth in other niches.
