The Ministry of Health of Ukraine announced the number of deaths due to hostilities

According to the Ministry of HEALTH of Ukraine, 198 people were killed and 1,115 people were injured as a result of hostilities. This was announced by the head of the department Viktor Lyashko.

“The medical system continues to work, the ministry, for its part, is doing everything possible and impossible to get everything you need in hospitals. Even if this is not a question of war, but for example covid-19 , which has not gone away, but patients in intensive care still need oxygen, ”he said and thanked the doctors. “Not a single hospital has closed, everyone is working and providing medical care,” he added.

RUSSIA has been conducting a military operation on the territory of Ukraine since February 24. Russian President Vladimir Putin explained the decision to start hostilities as a desire to protect civilians from genocide.

The Russian Defense Ministry has repeatedly stated that it does not strike at civilian targets and that only military infrastructure is targeted.
