In the Perm Territory, due to the increase in the number of cases of acute respiratory viral infections and coronavirus, since February 1, the network of outpatient consultative and diagnostic centers (AKDC) has been expanding to provide primary care to patients with signs of acute respiratory viral infections in a mild form of the disease. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Perm Territory.

From February 1, 2022, the following changes will come into force in the work of centers for outpatient treatment of patients:

patients with mild ARVI will be accepted at the place of residence in all Perm clinics (branches of the AKDC), with the exception of 5 branches at the addresses of ul. Panfilova, 20 (Kirov district), st. Grachev, 12E (Motovilikhinsky district), st. Zaporozhskaya, 5/7 and st. Nikulina, 10 (Sverdlovsk district), st. Monastyrskaya, 159 (Dzerzhinsky district); it is necessary to come to the AKDC only for people with symptoms of SARS, without confirmed COVID-19and with the course of the disease in a mild form (for more severe symptoms, it is necessary to contact emergency and ambulance); residents to receive primary health care need to contact the clinic at the place of residence or the AKDC of their area (the medical facility where you are being observed). If your polyclinic does not currently work as part of the AKDC, you must come to an appointment at any other one in your area of Perm.

Earlier, RBC Perm reported that on January 31, huge queues of Perm residents with symptoms of SARS and flu formed in Perm clinics and hospitals. The regional Ministry of Health explains this by a large burden on the healthcare system due to the increase in morbidity.

“Indeed, queues have arisen in the outpatient consultative and diagnostic centers (AKDC) of the Kama region, which are associated with the fact that there is a serious increase in the incidence in the region. The outpatient-polyclinic link is now experiencing a colossal load, which we have not encountered before. At the same time, most of the medical staff deals with calls to patients with confirmed covid and undergoing outpatient treatment. Serious complications can occur in people who have had this infection, even in a moderate form, especially in chronic patients, and special attention should be paid to them, ”the Ministry of Health of the Kama region explained to RBC Perm.
