The Ministry of Health allowed to issue COVID-certificates in the presence of antibodies

From February 21, a QR code can be obtained based on a positive antibody test result. This certificate will be valid for six months.

The Ministry of Health has allowed the issuance of QR codes based on the results of a test for antibodies to coronavirus. The order of the department is published on the portal of legal information.

Changes to the COVID certificate form will come into effect on February 21st.

A certificate containing information about positive antibody test results “is generated once if the specified information is available on the single portal” within three calendar days from the date of submission of the corresponding application.

In this case, the certificate will contain columns that will contain information about the entry number on the public services portal, the date of the study, the method of study, the name of the manufacturer of the used medical device, as well as the medical organization that conducted the testing. Antibody titer data will not be reported.

The QR code will be valid for six months from the date of receipt of the test results. “Reissuance of a certificate based on the results of an antibody test is not provided,” RBC was told in the press service of the Ministry of Health.
