The Novosibirsk region has reached a plateau in the incidence of CORONAVIRUS. For the second week in a row, there has been no increase in the number of infected people in the region, Deputy Minister of HEALTH of the region Elena Aksenova said during a briefing at the Ministry of Health of the Novosibirsk Region.
“On the other hand, we do not see a sharp downward trend. The rise in the incidence will primarily depend on you and me,” Aksenova said.
According to her, if citizens comply with all the rules of individual protection, minimize attendance at public events with unprotected citizens and vaccination, a decrease in the incidence is expected after the second week of the plateau. The situation with the incidence Aksenova called tense.
“There is a free bed fund of at least 15%,” she added.
According to the headquarters, since the beginning of the pandemic in the Novosibirsk region, the virus has been detected in 83.5 thousand people, including 8.5 thousand people. 57.6 thousand people recovered. Over the past day, 16 patients have died from coronavirus.
