The Ministry of Health allowed the reduction of the validity period of QR codes to six months

The validity period of a QR code after vaccination against CORONAVIRUS infection can be reduced to six months if the epidemiological situation worsens. This follows the agency's updated guidance on how to vaccinate against covid-19 .
“The QR code is valid for one year. At the same time, in case of worsening of the epidemiological situation, it can be limited to six months,” the ministry’s website says.
The ministry recalled that for those who passed a negative PCR test, the QR code is valid for 72 hours, for those who have been ill - six months from the date of recovery.

The updated recommendations also state that patients with HIV infection for the prevention of COVID-19 should use the Gam-COVID-Vac vaccine (Sputnik V), regardless of the level of immune status, antiretroviral therapy regimen and viral load.
