Ten Syrian soldiers were killed, 12 more were injured due to shelling of the Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist group banned in Russia in Aleppo. This was announced by the deputy head of the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of Warring Parties in Syria Oleg Zhuravlev at a briefing.

According to the Ministry of Defense, the terrorists hit a minibus with the Syrian military, which was located near Anjara, from the direction of the village of Blinta from the American TOW anti-tank missile system.

Another soldier was injured during mortar attacks from the Tamura region on positions of government forces near Bakdin.

In addition, three Syrian soldiers and two civilians were killed, and two more soldiers were injured after Israeli air strikes.

According to the agency, on the evening of May 13, six F-16 tactical fighters of the Israeli Air Force fired 22 guided missiles at the facilities of the Syrian Research Center in the area of ​​​​the settlement of Masyaf and the seaport of Banias without entering the airspace.

Syrian air defense systems destroyed 16 missiles and one drone. Warehouses of special equipment of the research center were damaged.
