
In the first quarter of 2022, the budget of the Kaliningrad Region received 14.6 billion rubles in tax and non-tax revenues. This is a quarter of the planned income and is 34 percentage points ahead of the planned dynamics. Viktor Porembsky, Minister of Finance of the Kaliningrad Region, announced this at a government meeting.
Only in the first three months of the year, the region received 40% of the planned revenues for income tax and 25% of the plan for personal income tax. In general, tax revenues are executed by 27%.
“The dynamics of most of the main tax revenues exceeds the planned one: for income tax - by 83 percentage points, for personal income tax - by 39 percentage points, for the simplified taxation system - by 37 percentage points. Thus, according to the results of the first quarter and April of this year, a reserve has been formed for tax revenues, which compensates for the decrease in revenues in subsequent periods,” Victor Porembsky said.
During this time, the region received 9.2 billion rubles from the federal budget, of which 6 billion rubles were funds to support legal entities, and 3.2 billion rubles were subsidies for equalizing budgetary security, for balancing, subsidies and subventions for the implementation of the delegated powers of the federal government. center.
In the first quarter of this year, regional budget revenues amounted to 23.8 billion rubles, expenses - 20.1 billion rubles. The budget was executed with a surplus of 3.7 billion rubles.
RBC Kaliningrad wrote that in March 2022, the region received less than 5.8 billion rubles (19.7%) of taxes from the budget due to the entry into force of sanctions against RUSSIA. This is due to the shutdown of the automotive industry due to the departure of Western companies, as well as the complications of air communication with the "mainland".
