The Ministry of Digital Development of RUSSIA has compiled a list of social networks, instant messengers, services and programs that Russians can use instead of foreign counterparts. RBC has a list.

“In February and March, a number of foreign it companies announced their decision to leave the Russian market, after which their services became unavailable to Russians. Some resources were blocked by Roskomnadzor as extremist <...>. Most resources were a priority for the Russians even before the restrictions. Blocking foreign platforms will help increase the audience and expand the functionality,” the message says.

Instead of antivirusesNorton, Avast, McAfee are recommended to install Kaspersky, Dr. Web. As a replacement for the editors "Google Documents", "Google Sheets", "Google Presentations", Word, Excel, PowerPoint, APPLE Keynote, the Ministry of Digital Development offers "My Office", "P7-Office", "Yandex 360".
