MakSim first appeared in public after being discharged from the hospital

Russian pop singer MakSim (Marina Abrosimova) made her first public appearance after coming out of a coma and leaving the hospital. She gave her first interview to journalist Ksenia Sobchak, the video was published on YouTube by the presenter.

The singer noted that in the first days of her illness, she had a temperature of about 40 degrees.

“When I came to, I was told that my heart had stopped twice,” she said.

MakSim said that she was connected to an ECMO machine, which replaces the work of the heart. “If it wasn’t for him, nothing would have happened,” said the performer.

The artist added that she understood that she was close to death, but remained calm. The singer thanked her doctors for their professionalism, and her fans for their support.
