
Russians will be able to enter Lithuania from March 31 if they have a Schengen visa and a negative PCR test, according to the message of the visa operator VFS Global.
“Starting from March 31, 2022, citizens [of Russia] can enter the territory of Lithuania with a valid Schengen visa and upon presentation of a negative PCR test (made no more than 72 hours before arrival in Lithuania),” the statement said.
You can also enter Lithuania if you have a vaccination certificate, but with drugs approved in the EU. Among them are Comirnaty (Pfizer), Janssen, Spikevax (Moderna), Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca), Nuvaxovid (Novavax) and Covishield (AstraZeneca). Russian vaccines in the EU and, accordingly, in Lithuania have not yet been approved.
