The President also said that it is impossible to abruptly curtail the preferential mortgage program, it must be extended until July 1, 2022. “But at the same time, we will slightly raise the rate itself, and some changes will be made. Namely, the preferential mortgage rate will be 7%, and the maximum amount will need to be made uniform for all regions of the Russian Federation - 3 million rubles,” the president said. He also instructed the government to organize paid vaccination of foreigners in Russia, since domestic capacities for the production of vaccines against coronavirus infection COVID-19allow not only to provide vaccinations for all Russians, but also to vaccinate those who come from other countries. In addition, Putin asked metallurgists not to be offended by the words of First Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Belousov about "jamming" the state. The President called it "an obvious thing" that, due to changes in world prices, metallurgists began to receive super profits. He admitted that Belousov spoke "harshly".
