Liberal Democratic Party proposed to do PCR and antibody tests at the expense of the budget

The Liberal Democrats have proposed letting children into public places without PCR. Tests for CORONAVIRUS and antibodies to it should be carried out at the expense of the budget,

Tests for covid-19 and the presence of antibodies must be carried out at the expense of the federal budget. This is stated in the amendments (available to RBC) to the bill on the introduction of QR codes in public places, proposed by the LDPR faction. Now the bill provides only for payment from the budget of vaccinations against coronavirus.

The LDPR deputies also proposed limiting the sanitary measures that regional authorities have the right to introduce until June 1, 2022 “without the right to extend” (the current version of the bill suggests the possibility of their extension). The amendments specify that young people under 18 years of age should be allowed into public places without presenting QR codes about vaccination or the fact of the disease, as well as without PCR (now the bill does not specify that restrictions on visiting public places do not apply to children without a QR code). codes and PCR).

Earlier, A Just RUSSIA  – For Truth published its amendments to the bill . In them, the Socialist-Revolutionaries proposed to introduce QR codes only during the state of emergency, “which provides for guarantees and responsibility of the authorities for such extraordinary measures.” Commenting on this proposal, co-chairman of the party Sergei Mironov said that the Russians, "just like millions of citizens of the country, from the very beginning were against the bill on the introduction of QR codes and restrictions for the unvaccinated."

Two sources close to the State Duma confirmed to RBC that the bill could be adopted at a meeting on January 19. This document was submitted to the lower house on November 12 along with a bill introducing QR codes in transport.
