The number of countries where Russians can go is gradually increasing. But there are still quite a lot of restrictions against the backdrop of the ongoing pandemic and the spread of the Omicron strain. The presence of direct flights from RUSSIA does not mean that citizens who have completed a full course of vaccination with a domestic drug will be able to board a plane. Nevertheless, those who want to relax abroad still have a certain choice - and not only the vaccinated (although conditions are easier for them).
The countries of the former USSR and Europe
The Sputnik V vaccine is approved in most of the former Soviet republics, which allows you to avoid taking a PCR test when entering these countries. The exceptions are Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan . Both a certificate and a negative PCR test result are required to enter Azerbaijan .
Entry into Abkhazia is allowed without any restrictions . No vaccination certificate or PCR test needed.
