Kuban entered the top 15 regions of the Russian Federation with the lowest industry wages

According to the results of 2021, the highest salary in the Krasnodar Territory is received by workers in the field of transportation and storage. Their salary averages 43,000 rubles a month, according to a study by RIA Novosti.

The Krasnodar Territory took 71st place in RUSSIA and was among the regions where salaries, even in the most profitable industries, do not exceed 50 thousand rubles. The last places are occupied by the Ivanovo Region, the Republic of Mordovia, the Republic of Kalmykia, the Kirov Region and the Altai Territory. In these regions, the highest salary in the civil service is about 40 thousand rubles a month.

At the same time, in 2020, the Krasnodar Territory was 29 steps higher in the ranking of industry salaries. The most profitable area was financial services, where the average salary was 59 thousand rubles.

Oil and gas production remains the leading industry in terms of wages in the Russian regions . The leader in terms of salary in 2021 was the Sakhalin Region, where the net average salary is 206 thousand rubles per month. This is higher than the salary in the most profitable - the financial sector - in Moscow (199 thousand rubles). The Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug closes the top three (179 thousand rubles).

As RBC Krasnodar reported, according to Krasnodarstat, in January-November 2021, real wages in the Krasnodar Territory increased by 1% compared to the corresponding period in 2020 to 39.8 thousand rubles.
