As of January 17, 718 new cases of CORONAVIRUS were detected in the Krasnodar Territory. In terms of the number of cases per day, the region took fourth place in RUSSIA, according to the data from the Stopcoronavirus.rf website.

Most cases were registered in Moscow (7529 people), St. Petersburg (4132 people) and the Moscow region (3388 people).

According to the operational headquarters of the Kuban, the number of new cases per day in the region has been growing for the 7th day in a row. As of Monday, January 17, 380 cases were detected in Krasnodar, 53 in Novorossiysk, 32 in Sochi, 26 each in Armavir and Tuapse districts. - 10 each.

In Anapa and Labinsk district, 9 new cases each, in Kalininsky, Krylovsky, Slavyansky, Uspensky and Ust-Labinsky - 8 each, in Belorechensky - 7, in Gulkevichsky - 6. In Dinsky, Kurganinsky, Seversky, Tikhoretsky districts, 5 people fell ill, in Goryachiy Klyuch, Beloglinsky, Vyselkovsky districts - 4 each; - one by one.

4,132 people continue inpatient treatment with suspected coronavirus infection, of which 2,232 patients have a confirmed diagnosis. 110 residents are in serious condition on mechanical ventilation, 9 are on ECMO.
