A nurse from Krasnoyarsk, suspected of falsifying covid-19 vaccination certificates, has become a defendant in another case of the destruction of 12 doses of the drug. This was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The department clarified that in July of this year, police officers detained a nurse from one of the city's polyclinics for forging vaccination certificates from two residents of the region. Then a criminal case was opened against her under Part 1 of Art. 327 of the Criminal Code (“Forgery, production or circulation of forged documents”).

“During the investigation of the criminal case, the investigators found that the attacker had destroyed 12 doses of the drug. In relation to the suspect, the city police department of inquiry initiated a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under part 1 of article 167 of the Criminal Code (“Intentional damage or destruction of property”),” the Ministry of Internal Affairs said in a statement.

The maximum punishment for each of the articles provides for up to two years in prison.
