Coronavirus in Novosibirsk: summary for January 5

According to the operational headquarters, on the morning of January 5, 96,154 cases of CORONAVIRUS were registered in the region (+291 per day), including 11,018 children. 66,398 patients recovered (+307 per day). Fifteen more patients have died: men aged 47, 55, 59, 70, 73, 74, 80, 81, 82 and women aged 61, 75, 82, 82, 86, 97. A total of 4,296 people have died from coronavirus in the region.

2,670 patients, including 32 children, were hospitalized in infectious disease hospitals of the region with a diagnosis of covid-19 and suspected of it. There are 301 people in intensive care units. On mechanical ventilation - 45 patients. A total of 3,335,409 coronavirus tests have been done in the Novosibirsk Region.
