
Kaliningrad took the seventh place in the list of cities in Russia where the inhabitants of the country would like to open a business. This was stated by 10% of those surveyed by the Rabota.ru service, writes RIA Novosti.
Kaliningrad shares seventh place with Novosibirsk. Most often, respondents said they wanted to open their own business in Moscow - 51% of respondents. The top three also includes St. Petersburg (36%) and Krasnodar (19%). Another 17% chose Sochi to open their own business, 16% voted for Yekaterinburg, 14% - Kazan. On the eighth line is Nizhny Novgorod, where 9% of respondents would like to do business.
According to the study, 46% of its participants would like to have their own business, of which 57% noted that they are ready to move to another city to open their own business.
As RBC Kaliningrad wrote, the index of entrepreneurial confidence in the Kaliningrad region for the first quarter of 2022 increased by 8 percentage points and amounted to 1%. According to a study by Kaliningradstat, 78% of respondents believe that the overall economic situation in retail trade has not changed compared to the end of 2021. Only 12% of entrepreneurs indicated that it has worsened, and 10% are sure that there has been an improvement.
