During the summer rise in the incidence this year, according to the operational headquarters, the registration of daily deaths from CORONAVIRUS in St. Petersburg does not lag behind Moscow figures - in both cities since the end of June it has exceeded 100 cases per day.

Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova announced an increase in mortality in June this year by 13.9% compared to the same period last year. According to her, this is due to the spread of the Delta strain of coronavirus.
