On June 25, a portal will open in Moscow where you can apply for a QR code. it will be required for access to catering establishments, and subsequently to the summer verandas of cafes.

What are QR codes for?

From June 28, without them, it will be impossible to get into the internal premises of catering establishments and mass events with more than 500 people. From July 12, they will be needed to access the summer terraces of the cafe. Minors will only need a code if they are traveling to such places without an adult. Foreign and Russian tourists or those who are passing through Moscow without a code will not be allowed into cafes and restaurants either. The code is not needed to visit hotel restaurants if there is no access to anyone except guests, as well as office and student canteens. Paper certificates instead of a QR code will not be accepted. The Ministry of Culture also recommended introducing such a system to its subordinate institutions in Moscow, including federal theaters and cinemas.

Reasons for obtaining a QR code

Vaccination against CORONAVIRUS, and a full course of immunization (two doses or one-component preparation). Only vaccinations made with vaccines registered in RUSSIA are suitable for obtaining a document. Children will be given codes only on the basis of a PCR test or a past illness, as minors are not subject to vaccination. The presence of antibodies is not a basis for obtaining a code. The Moscow authorities have not outlined separate conditions and recommendations for obtaining a QR code for those who have contraindications to vaccination. The code may be suspended if a person becomes ill with the coronavirus after receiving it.

Where and how to get a QR code

In the electronic medical record (the option "Digital certificate" is needed there) or in the "EMIAS.INFO" application. In the clinic: print in the infomat or request at the reception. On the portal gosuslugi.ru or in the mobile application "Gosuslugi STOP Coronavirus". On mos.ru at the link immune.mos.ru (this option is useful for people from other cities, foreigners, those who are not attached to a Moscow clinic or were observed during an illness in a private or departmental medical institution). There you need to log in (via the login and password from the Moscow or federal portal of public services) and confirm your agreement with the terms of receiving the service. The resulting QR code must be saved in the smartphone's memory or printed. It will also show the expiration date.

If it was not possible to receive the code , you need to check the entered data and, if there is no error, contact technical support. If the data is not found, you need to contact the vaccination point / medical institution where the person was observed during the illness / laboratory where the test was taken to check the data entry into the state system.
