PepsiCo will start shipping its new local lemonades to RUSSIA in early June to replace Pepsi and Mirinda. This was reported by the Izvestia newspaper, citing a source close to the company.
According to the publication, the new line of drinks will be produced under the Russky Dar brand. Among them are lemonades, for example, with orange and lemon-lime flavors. The American company will sell new drinks to replace the outgoing Pepsi, Mirinda and 7Up.

According to the source of the newspaper, the manufacturer will soon launch the bottling of drinks at its plant. Although retail has not yet received the first samples for taste testing.
Following the start of the Russian military operation in Ukraine, PepsiCo announced its decision to suspend the production and sale of Pepsi, 7Up and Mirinda carbonated drinks in Russia. Coca-Cola also announced the suspension of work in the country.
At the same time, the company said that it will continue to produce essential goods such as dairy products and baby food. This decision will help support 20,000 Russian employees and 40,000 agricultural workers in the supply chain.
