По итогам переговоров в Москве президенты России и Белоруссии Владимир Путин и Александр Лукашенко договорились о сохранении цен на газ, создании общего энергорынка Союзного государства и нового органа, который будет отслеживать косвенные налоги России и Белоруссии. Общий объем кредитов Москвы Минску с сентября 2021 года до конца 2022 года составит около $630–640 млн.
