Warming investment climate
The Kaliningrad region took 11th place in the annual rating of the state of the investment climate in Russian regions. Thus, since 2019, the region has risen by 19 points. Until 2023, MTS intends to invest 750 million rubles in the Kaliningrad region. The money will be used primarily to upgrade equipment for the region's mobile network.
