A new fraud scheme has emerged in Russia: attackers are blackmailing those who bought a fake coronavirus vaccination certificate, Kommersant reported citing experts.

Those who have purchased a fake certificate of vaccination with Sputnik V are told that the doctor who issued the certificate was arrested and offered to transfer 50,000 rubles. for deleting correspondence with the victim's personal data from the doctor's mail, the Angara group of companies reported.
